Form Submittal Requirements

Please note: CAMO Rescue is almost always at or over full capacity. However, we encourage you to complete the surrender form and submit your information. If your dog is a good fit for our program, we will review it and see if we can make room. We understand it can be frustrating to take the time to fill this out and not receive an immediate placement, but every submission helps us evaluate and plan for future openings.
